Purchased a new 2002 Gulfstream- Minor common problems, but then dealer destroyed complete shower surround vinyl and glass doors upon 1st repair visit. I gave them 3 tries and then they were OUT.3rd visit they forgot to pick up the mess from their gravel lot that was tracked into the rv and also forgot about the debris from the new shower surround vinyl and glass enclosure. Service department is unqualified and not knowledgeable in rv repair. They are armed with a caulk gun and a screw gun.
Stay far away from this dealer.

It took the state tax authority to force them to refund our tax paid on a extended warranty that we cancelled 30 days after purchase, when we found out what type of work they did. The owner frank roberts has no regurd for the customer, lied thru his teeth and forced us to contact the BBB who has numerous other complaints about this dealer. We were fortunate, I kept hounding the factory and after 6 months everything was taken care of.

I have purchased several products from Longview and have had very good service and have found them pleasent to work with.
