Keeps calling my cell phone to sell his services. even when asked not to call. Leaves voicemail and sometimes calls and then hangs up when I answer. Am on the do not call list, and when informed that even a 501c corporation can't call a cell phone to sell or solicit, he maintained that he could. Keeps calling even when told not to. I reported him to the Federal Communications Commission National Do Not Call List.
