Advertized my car on TheBigLot.com. (Pristine BMW 325 ci convertible). Did so because of the refund guarantee that if the car didn't sell in 90 days, could receive a refund of most of the fee.

Got zero calls in three months from this listing.

When I sent in the paperwork for the refund (which had to be within a specific ten day period), the company disqualified me from the refund due to a technicalily (and never contacted me to let me know they did so). When I called back and tried to correct the problem, they informed me that they simply would not.
