Complaint Review: Lookssoreal.com Liquidationsfast.com

I went to the Lookssoreal website looking for a rolex replica watch. I found one I liked and ordered it, I paid an extra 24.95 for overnight shipping.

When I got the watch it was a mans watch rather than a ladies as I had ordered. I contacted them and they said they probably sent the wrong watch. They sent me what they claim was the ladies version, it looked exactly like the one I had received previously.

I contacted them again and they insisted that was the ladies version. I told them i was returning this watch as well and they told me fine, I could have a refund. I sent the watch back priority mail and asked to also be refunded the 24.95 overnight fee since they had messed up and sent me the wrong watch and i had to send back 2 watches and incur both expenses.

They said no way. I kept waiting for a refund, never got one. I received an email stating they had gotten the watch back and it was the ladies so did i want them to send it back again! I said NO!

Just refund my money. They never did. By the time I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge they stated that since the original sale date was more than 30 days past (it had been 32 days) they would not help me. I disputed the charge on my credit card but since I could not find the receipt with the tracking number for the second shipment they could not help me.

So now, I am out 424.00 for a watch that I dont even have anymore. These people are thieves!!!
