I recently moved 500 miles away from a state I lived in for 27 years. It was a hard transition for me. I would be missing birthdays, celebrations & holidays. My best friend who I've known since we were 5 years old had a birthday a month after I left. She's hard to shop for because she has everything. I saw this shirt that I knew she would love. I found only 2 websites that had the shirt and one did not have her size. I was relieved when I saw that Loops & Pluto not only had the shirt but it was a few dollars cheaper! Awesome! I have a tendency to be a procrastinator so I knew it was going to get to her late and I warned her. I've bought T-shirts from other websites online and usually waited a week or two at most. After looking at the "order status" for the past 3 weeks and the status being "waiting on fulfillment" I decided to call. I left messages with no response. I submitted several forms for them to contact me in regards to either letting me know when I can expect my purchase or just refund me the money. After 30 days with no response, I'm getting impatient and ticked off. I've informed my friend if I do receive it, it may have to be a christmas gift instead...
