Loot Fetch No item, no resolution. Constant delaying tactics, now no response. Las Vegas, Internet
Back on 10/14 I placed an order with this company. On 10/17 I asked for an update and got a quick response, which was nice.
4 days later, on the 21st I asked for another update and got no response. On 10/22 I did get a short response stating that they are getting it ready after a second email that I sent.
On 10/23 I was fed up and asked them to deliver by 10/24 or I want a refund. They responded that they would try to get it delivered then, Monday at the latest. If not, they would tender a refund. Well, Monday came and went and I did not receive my order. I emailed them and got no response. I then opened a Paypal dispute and have gotten no response.
I wish I had come across these complaints before I placed my order as all of the negative comments are playing out true for my experience as well.
