Complaint Review: Lord Simon Devine

 Lord Simon Devine is a con artist. He is known by many different names ( Simon Phillips , Simon Reynolds). He associates within a circle of other conmen across Africa, Middle East and Europe. He claims he manages billions but isn't even able to pay bills for 100's of dollars. His businesses don't have even have bank accounts he takes funds into personal accounts. He never pays taxes. The confidence trickster is a modern verision of the character in the decaprio movie " catch me if you can". Beware stay away from him, protect your wallets and your wives ( he has known to have more than one ).
