Lordon Management manages multiple properties. Where I resided was a nice Townhome. In the monthly news letter, it appeared as if they were on top of things. Truth is, it was a nightmare! I paid my monthly HOA on time. After the rain, I had a bad roof leak followed by a bad case of mold in the garage. I contacted the HOA regarding this. They promised that the garage will be fixed ASAP.

4 years later going back and forth with them, it was never fixed. During that time, I've only received nasty letters from the HOA. All false allegations! I was even accused of vandalism on the wall and littering. C'mon.. I'm in my late 30's and work for Social Services. When I received this so called "fines" in the mail. That's when I knew I had to leave. I guess they gotta make make money somehow!!! I've never dealt with anything like this ever!!

Lordon Management in fact manages approximately 200 communities but none in San Bernardino.  If an HOA is legally responsible for your repairs then those repairs should and will be made - the time frame is based on the availability of funds for your particular HOA.  Please contact our supervisor as we have a team of individuals to assist if you do not believe your HOA is repairing something that they are legally responsible to do.  All repairs are reviewed by the HOA for approval before being conducted.  Thank you and we look forward to assisting you.
