Complaint Review: Lords Pride Ministries

Tom Lease is no Minister, he is a con artist. Was briefly a police officer in the late 70's, don't let him fool you. He will pray for you, yet vengeance is his?

The person responsible for giving this false report is Sunny Hoppe, aka Sunny Kirkwood, aka Sunny Jantzen, aka Barbara A. Hoppe, aka Barbara A. Kirkwood, owner of Senior Care Insurance Services of McKinney; Texas, Reverse Mortgage of Texas in McKinney, Texas; Reverse Mortgage Training School; Medicaid Advisors. Her office address is 1700 Redbud Blv., Suite #310, McKinney, Texas 75069; and PO Box 528, Farmersville, Texas 75442. Her name is very familiar in the Collin County Courts, both civil and criminal. She is the owner of our property with whom we have a lease/purchase with and have put down a significant amount of money as a down payment. She has broken many promises of things she was to do before we took occupation, which was delayed by her from 4/15/08 to 5/01/08 to 6/01/08, and when we moved in she still had much of her stuff on the property, keeping us from completely moving in and doing what we needed to do. Upon meeting our neighbors for the first time, the whole community nearly worshipped us because we were "the ones" that caused Sunny to move out of the area! The stories I have heard and verified are herandous, this lady is evil. She has done many malicious things to us, and even tried to evict us when we were late on a water bill, which was shut off right on the due by date because of her past payment history! She obviously is tryng to cause our failure so she can take back the property and keep all the monies we had paid. All of the neighbors had warned me of this during the first few weeks f our being here. A whole community can not be wrong. Anyway, I have much to do, my investigation is continuing (by the way, I am an ex-police lieutenant detective), and I will publish more as I learn more. I have just notified Sunny to cease all of her malicious actions and that I will be taking appropriate action to remedy this. If you search Sunny Jantzen, the author of my "RipOff report", you will see that on the same day she reported a company who did not give her sales leads for reverse mortgages as she had paid for. That will show you that she is in deed the author of the false report. Hmmm, she lost some money to a dishonest person, hmm, "Vengeance is mine says the Lord!"

This "Rip Off" report was apparently the doing of someone with whom I had a recently past problem with, who ad made many other false reports about me, all of which had been proved wrong. The person always uses bogus and untraceable e-mails, and uses the words "con" "prey" and "fraud" most of the time. We once came to terms about publicly going after each other, but I see all deals are off. Again, the report is untrue and unfounded. I am actualy and in reality an ordained pastor in the Philippines. I am an associate pastor of Fairview Christian Congregation in Quezon City, Philippines. I have sent much money to the Philippines, mostly of personal funds, then some of the small amount collected in our efforts for donations. I have never talked directly as of yet to any individuals to donate, seniors or of any age, so therefore have not even had the opportunity to "prey" on anyone. I have only been to three churches in Collin county, one of which I had been involved in for years, Fellowship Church, originally of the Grapevine Campus, then three other small churches, one of which is donating 100 bibles which we are sending to our church in Quezon City. The others I have gone to three times, in my effort to learn more about churches in Collin County where I am building Lord's Pride Ministries. I did try one mailout to about fifty people of a Christian church in McKinney to see if we could raise funds for the Philippines. To our amazement, not even one "Christian" responded! Not even one dollar! Any information we put out about Lord's Pride states how we are building it right now. We are working on building our cat cages, we do our ministry here in the USA with real exotic cats, and we have to get our facilities built to get our USDA license. I have been to numerous youth groups in the past nationwide with lions, tigers or cougars speaking the word of God with them. This is everything we are doing. I challange "Bill" or "Sunny Jantzen" to (1) Prove they are a real person and where they can be contacted; (2) Verify just who and which senior I "preyed" upon; (3) show which church in Collin County we "Preyed" upon; (4) Produce proof that we took ANYONES money under false pretenses; (5) actually show where we even got anyones money instead of just solicited; (6) Show that I have not funded much money to the Philippines. Anyone reading this, just look at the wording of the way the person wrote the report, you can see right through it that it is all a lie. Let the make proove their statements, and make themselves able to be contacted, by me, and by anyone interested. The contact info they put in the report is accurate for me. I fear no one, because what I have been doing is rightful, honest, and good. I will pray (not prey) for the disturbed soul of the one who feels they must spend their time malicously attacking others, when they should be putting the same effort into bettering their own life. "Vengeance is mine" says the Lord!
