Lorena Leggett, Executive Vice President of ripping people off. She is a thief and a liar. She never negotiated a refinance with mortgage lender and refused the refund she promised.

The IL Attorney General's Office filed a lawsuit against Loan Mod One, LLC and its officers and members for loan mod fraud.  Please contact the IL Attorney General at 312-814-3000.

Phone number in California. We were told Loan Mod One was in Las Vegas, Nevada. Apparently they were from Illinois.

Illinois Attorney General goes after Loan Mod One. Good Job! Unfortunately, no help for Arkansas.

Lorena Leggett is associated with Loan Mod One a/k/a LoanMOD One a/k/a LMO Direct,LLC and Auto & House (autoandhouse.com) and Attorney David Mierswa.


I've done everything I can to get my money back from these crooks. My only recourse now is to spread the word - and I intend to do so.
