LORENA RAMOS, MANAGER, Vista De Oro APARTMENTS VERY BAD MANAGEMENT SPRING VALLEY California

These apartments are ok in day time. But everything is dif at night. Please don't move into these apartments. Drug dealers live their, and what's worse, is that the land lord knows, but she wont do anything about it. A very scary area with nothing but weekly shootings and stabbings.

When I was renting my apartment in the manager's office for the first time, I asked the manager, "how is the neighborhood?" and she said "oh it's really nice, very quiet." bs. when I confronted her with this about 5 months later, she told me "this is just the way things are." Bad management. Horrible.

Do yourself a favor, if you hear that there are apartments for rent on Kenwood DR in SPRING VALLEY, just RUN. I have nothing nice to say about this lady running the Vista De Oro apartments.

Dear Anna,

When I was appointed to manage Kenwood Garden and Vista de Oro those properties were going through some challenges which I was sent to deal with. For this I had the full support of Progress Management and the help of the sheriff's department  We had gangsters and drug dealers evicted and replaced with great tenants such as you were in the beginning. In a matter of months we had four nice communities that stood out in the block due to afordable prices, cleanliness and great customer service, and yes, the feeling of safety that comes from being in such a place, yes, it was nice and quiet and I stand by that statement,. I am sure you noticed that when you came to apply for an apartment with us. With that being said,  at no time did I say that our communities were safe. As any experienced property manager, I refer my prospects to sources of information such as the police department to look for an unbiased answer.  Unfortunately,  in carrying the duties that come with the daily operations of an apartment community some sensibilities are bruised and cause tenants or former tenants to vent by posting deprecatory comments about the places were they live as you have at this website.

A short time after you moved in with us you brought in an unauthorized person to live in your apartment and kept your place in a less than acceptable condition and wanted to skip on your lease, you were held accountable for your acts and have retaliated by writing negative comment about my person and the places I used to manage.
