In 2000  my wife asked her brother Lorenzo to cosign for a house purchase.  My wife paid the $20,000 down payment and he paid $0.  They put my wife's daughter Noelia's name on the deed along with Lorenzo's.  A year later Lorenzo had Noelia quit-claim the property and he added his wife Evelia to the deed.  Now he tells Griselda that the house is all his and he's going to keep any equity that it has all for himself.  When they purchased the house he told the bank that he lived at the National City address; but he lives in Tijuana, B.C.  He also told them that he was going to live in the house but he never has.  Noelia and her brother have been paying rent ever since the house was purchased.  Lorenzo has never paid a penney towards the house.  All expenses have been paid from the rents, which Griselda collects.  Lorenzo worked in California and is receiving Medicare and Social Security.  He always gives the Q Ave. address as his own.  He also uses the addresses of a sister and step-daughter in San Diego County as his own.
