Complaint Review: Lorex Technology

Lorex Technology Lorex/Flir I purchased a system which was to include 4 HD 1080P cameras. I found that the cameras were 720P . They closed the Ticket I submitted without reason. Ontario

I purchased from their Web site a Wireless video security camera system with 4 HD 1080P cameras on July 11, 2017. I had one camera go bad around February 10, 2018 and it took 3 weeks to get the replacement camera. This is when I discovered the cameras were 720p instead of the 1080p. I contacted Lorex by their requirements by opening a Ticket, number 780407 on March 15, 2018 and they closed my ticket on March 16 without a reason
