Complaint Review: Lorien Roux - She Stole Contacts

I have submitted a report on AdTraktion. They hired me and then dissapeared, refusing to pay me. I have all the proof on my side, and just want the money owed to me. I have contacted them so many times, for a few months, before I decided to file this report. I am not the only one complaining about them, there is an open warrant in Pennsylvania for Jonathan Weiss (a partner in the company) and since I was employed by them, a few customers emailed me in the hope of getting a payment since Adtraktion did not pay them and no one could get hold of them.

They have now decided to file a report claiming that I have stole contacts from their company. They are also accusing me of fraud, which is a very serious accusation - I therefore demand proof of this, since it is completely untrue. I am an honest worker that did not get paid, and now they are turning around and trying to destroy my reputation. They can check in their system, I have never logged in since the last day I worked for them and I do not have any company / contact details of their customers. So I need to know why they are falsely accusing me and I demand proof as this is completely false.

Regarding the report I have written - I have all the proof, emails and conversations that took place between me and Adtraktion. I will submit them at any time if I need to, so I demand they do the same.

I even kept messages from Adtraktion, where they apologize and said that they will correct the situation and pay me, because "they know what they have in me" and "dont' want to lose me". Needless to say, I have never seen a single cent.

I will not allow my reputation to be destroyed, and I can provide many employers as references if needed.
