First of all do not believe any of the 2-5 star reviews on the Internet about Blu-eCigs.  They are 1 star at best.  I do ask that you believe me and trust me because I'm so angry at this company this is my first complaint I have ever filed about any company in my life.

This product is cheap crap.  Most of all the cartridges are defective in one way or another.  The cartridges sometimes leak onto your tongue.  Most of the cartridges lose flavor after 50 puffs from 1 cartridge (advertised 250 puffs a cartridge) and from then on your just smoking nicotine.  By the way the smoke juice is made by Johnson Creek and who knows if they are a part of this scam or not.  The batteries themselves fail consistently way before the warranty period. 

Their customer service phone # does not even have a person that answers the phone. Instead (as of this writing) you get " this mailbox is full"  Their customer service Voice mail box is full-Can you believe that!! 

This is the first of many reports including one I'll be sending to the FTC and other websites.  So I need your support in bringing this company to justice for this RipOff.
