Lorimar's Realty they sold me at property with one ilegal room (not city permit) retention wall (not city permit)The city give me before july 1 to do something I call them they don't answer me I just recive the property San Diego California
We buy a at property the lorimar company do diferent mistakes with as
1. They recuest money for the scrow they never give the money to the scrow at the closing we find the mistake go they give has the money back but I know these its illegaly to don't put the money 3 day
2. They sold as the property with illegal room adition mean Not city permit, The City said we have to destroy and rebuild they give as into july 1 to do something we field not fair because we just receve the property june 6
3. They sold the property not just with the Illegaly room the property has and Illegaly retention wall to,. so Now we field like they play with our ilution we are a first buyers
the city said if we dont do nothing before the date they have to do somthing to has , we asept the property the way was but they never tell me the room and the wall was illegaly built
