Lory McStroul refuses to return rental deposits, giving no justifiable reason. He hides behind his company (Santa Clarita Valley Pharmacy) and his real estate agent, Bette Jamieson, who is never available to to a walk-thru of the apartment, and does not return phone calls at her office or cell. Bette, although she makes her presence impossible to miss at other times, suddenly goes off the radar when it is time to pay up.
Lory, and his third partner Carlton Carlson claim Bette is vacationing in New Zealand at the time of move-in and move-out. Quite a coincidence. The three have cheated me, and several other tenants out of out security deposits, and peace of mind. Do not do business with these people unless you are prepared for a long uphill battle.

Lory McStroul uses his business address to avoid the circumstances of his fraud. The pharmacy is located at 23929 McBean Parkway in Santa Clarita. There is no building F. The pharmacy is in suite 108. McStroul uses the F to throw off (court) process servers who can only serve at the exact address given :23929 McBean Pkwy. #F108.
