Linda Rose Solis LOST the appeal on the small claim court, when she was in front of Judege, she can REALLY ACT, OMG, she said she was scared, tears on her eyes,,,,,,,,then she should NEVER DAMAGE MY FENCE AND DIG A HUGE PLUMING HOLE IN MY PROPERTY......for Gods' sake,,,,,,,
BUT, i believe she is smiling now, for $1000 judgement, which i don't think she will NOT send out the check easily, ( then i will put a lien on her house, sue her for all legal collection expesnes ) for this $1000, is MUCH CHEAPER then what she need to spend if she dig the plumbing hole ON HER ON PROPERTY, which might cost her $5000.
Oh, you should see the lousy acting, at the court, TWICE, first time, she was keep asking me questions when we were outside the court exchang the documents as requested, i just said, " i am NOT going to talk to you', then she ran to others crying' OH, i got threat, someone help me, call the Police, i need help, i am so scared, and even WITH TEARS IN HER EYES, so the Court Marshall has to came out and sperate us at the lobby,,,,,,,,
so the 2nd appeal trial, i was asking the Court Marshall standing between us, we did NOT change the documents to each other, we did so thru Court Marshall by my request,
what a acting. and she tried to do the same to the judege, but for Gods' sake, how many people that Jugdge has to face per month? 100? and how many lies / cheating / lying / fake stories a Judge has to hear and see, per month? 100? and she think she can FOOL THE JUDEGE? NOT even Linsey Lohan, for Gods' sake, Winona Ryder ? they are such beautiful and famouse actress but still can't fool the judge with their professional acting. and Linda Rose Solis, 45 years old? makes me laugh so hard.....
anyway, i send her a letter, if not receiving the judement payment by May 30th 2017, i SURE WILL take all necessary legal actions and put her on the court again for any legal expenses.
