During the evening of March 31,2006; i stopped by a fried's apartment around 11:00 PM to pick up my luggage. I parked in front of the building (no meters, no signs and poorly illuminated.) I came out of the building within 15 minutes with a luggage cart to find a "meter maid" writing a ticket on my Enterprise rental vehicle.Enterprise identifies their vehicles with a licens fram that says "my other car is an Enterprise rental vehicle.

She stated "you are parked in a white line space and someone must stay with the car!" I asked her what a white line zone mean. She said it was a "loading zone". A simple line with no writing to identify it! A great rip off ploy to steal $35.00 from someone who will never again visit this city.
