Complaint Review: Los Angeles Harbor College

 VP ABBIE L Patterson allowed several students to harass and bully an innocent student. The students were involved in every incident the victim was involved in. The students made false gun reports stating the victim had a weapon and campus police was dispatched to the victims home, impersonated the victim, the victim was set up to get beaten up off campus and Patterson did not release any information of the bullies when the student wanted to file harassment charges..the students have not been arrested , in fact they were allowed to return to campus as students while the victim ended up with a tarnished reputation and disciplinary records. Witnesses stated the victim was harassed and bullied by students because she was a fetish model and her appearance also the level of attention she was receiving from male students,the bullies felt that she didn't belong there. Abbie L Patterson overlooked the evidence and shamed the victim. The victim is still trying to have charges pressed upon the students but the campus is uncooperative. Making false police report is illegal and harassing a student is against school policy. The victim checked out the college after she was beaten up by a male classmate. The attack was set up by two students who were in the culinary arts program.. The students who plotted the attack created a fake Facebook page, took the victims modeling photos and showed them to the teachers and classmate as a way to attempt to shame the victim.they were also friends of the bullies from the original incidents and again Abbie l Patterson did not contact outside law enforcement or take steps to protect the student. The photos are of the bullies who were harassing the victim and making false police reports Yet to this day Patterson refuses to do the right thing. Instead she is retiring from work at the college.
