Complaint Review: Richards Rooter And Plumbing

I have a Plumber Van that I park on the street especially when I work. After having a dispute with someone, I won't mention there names, parking Officer Alcorn Serial number 2809 has been targeting my 2 Vans that where parked in the street.

He has sited 4 times for expired tags but my tags are and have been current during that time. Additional he has given me 3 citations for parking business commercial vehicles, on the street. Every day whether I'm at work or home, the emergence Plumbing Van has to be where ever I go. So if I go home, like I do every day, I'm going to have to expect a citation every day because of, Parking enforcer, Alcorn Serial #2809. I have been in business since 1994 and I never have been treated like this. I feel like this "male bxxxx" is targeting me for someone's personal matter. This is War, I will legally pursue him and City of Los Angeles if they don't reprimand him.
