Complaint Review: Los Angeles Police Department

The Los Angeles Police Department does not deserve to be considered as professional when they need FEDERAL supervision in order to stay in existantce. They are the most corrupt and lazy department that "I" have ever worked with. They are trying to fight crime from city hall instead of from the street where it is happening. The Commission Hires Chiefs based on politial reasons and not ability. Willie Williams was a token BLACK. So was Parks. Now, they have this guy from New York City that doesn't even know his a*s from a hole in the ground when it comes to the department areas. He is also a political pawn. I PREDICT that the next Chief of Police will be Hispanic because of what happened with the Police beating peoples asses in the park during the demonstration with mostly hispanics last week.

They beat the s**t out of a couple if not more reporters and camera people from the media. You call that professional? The Media has a constitutional right to be present where a newsworthy situation presents itself. The book that Chief Bratton wrote, entitled "Turn Around" should actually be called "Turn Around and Bend Over!" because Bratton and even the Mayor, Villaraigosa (who marched with Illegal aliens in protest of the Police department) are political pawns and sellouts. LAPD has such a hard time hiring people that they constantly go out of state to job fairs to try to get people to jojn but who would want to work for the Los Angeles Police Department where your own Chief and City Mayor turns against you. Appearantly not too many people. In the 1980's The department began to hire worthless idiots just because they were black. They needed a score of 73 to pass the oral exam. Jusy because I am white, I needed a 93. THAT IS B******T. Would YOU want a DOCTOR to perform open heart surgery on you if you knew he got his medical license easier with a lower score because he's black? Of course not. That's the peril that LAPD put us in with their hiring practices. Look at such famous equal opportunity hirees such as Raphael Perez, a gangster, and they hired him.

The only reason I dont write a "whisle blowing" "tell all" book is because it would piss off people there that I care about. The Chief of Police is now a political office instead of a police administrators office.

I am ashamed of the way that I had seen some Officers train "boots" on how to behave. I can't give my name because of fear of retribution from the department, or I would. But they are so corrupt, they might even have me knocked off.
