Complaint Review: los angeles process server

I contracted with the Los Angeles Process Server to get documents filed into court record promptly. I had used them once before, but they weren't as bad as now.

I spoke with a man that goes by the name of Richard /Dinky. I don't understand which one , because this time he refused to give me his name.

He contracted with me to perform same day delivery and failed to follow through. I went to his place of business, his home  and he promised to follow up and do the job. He still did not do it.

I gave him credit card info. He refused to give his name. This is a private company they said. It had problems prior with giving out their names.

This is not good.
