Los Tules Real Estate David Goldberg Took funds for service not delivered Laredo, Texas
I booked a condo with David Goldberg who had a website advertising one and two bedroom condos on Playa Lost Muertos, Puerto Vallarta. When we arrived on Tues Nov 24, there was no reservation for us.
Thinking there had been a communication problem, we tried to phone and email him as well as look for the Los Tules webpage, but there was no response. In fact, several days later all emails came back as failed. Owners and an agent at La Palapa, the condo building, had no knowledge of that name or the real estate company, and neither did the Lost Tules Resort which is a luxury resort north of the city center. Please know that Los Tules resort is in no way linked to him, at least by that name.
He took half, $1433.25 as down payment in March 09 and the remaining $1433.25 in Sept, 09 all the while keeping email contact with me. Payments were made through Google Checkout who do not accept responsibility for vendors who use them, but I have contacted my visa company who have covered me. I have made a police report in Puerto Vallarta, and one with the Canadian Consulate.

I've spent a lot of money and i was scammed by other companies trying to cancel my timeshare. My advice is that if you're going to hire a company to help you with the problem, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT, because it use to be a fraud. I did a research on internet and i found some interesting articles, i recommend you to read this one:
