Complaint Review: Lose Weight Systems

An un-ordered gray plastic bag of weight lose pills showed up in my mailbox. A week later I found 3 charges to my credit card, listed Adipose RX and Carallumma Extreme, all for 34.84. It seems the VISA fraud people are on to this, since they called me before I called them! :-) I got on the web and found Ripoffreport.com, found this company discussed, and got this phone number for the Weight Lose Systems. 1-877-763-5283.

I called, got someone right away, they looked up my orders and had the total correct (3 x 34.84) when I just gave them my name and state! They said they would refund the total immediately. I called VISA and they said it could take a few days for the refund to show up, and that they (VISA) were going to follow up on investigating the company.

I've always been very, very impressed with the service I've received from VISA (via Royal Bank, Canada) over the years.
