If you quality which I did, this company promised to lower my home interest rate via a mortgage modification program or a refinance etc.... they also initially ask for a 100% refundable payment which is refundable if for any reason they are unable to lower your interest payment via a refinance or mortagage modifcation if you are approved by them which was was after submitting them my paperwork to them. The payment fee that is paid to them at the beginning of the process is anywhere between $750 and $2,500 depending on their criteria. They said the entire process takes approximately 6 months after I was approved by them. After waiting 1 year I checked back with them by actually driving to their physical location in West Palm Beach Florida but only to find out that they are closed and no longer there and there is no way to contact them in order for me to request my refundable payment back. I think they may have been cease and desist by the government but I really have no way to verify nor do I have a contact person there so I am left high and dry.
