We went with this company to negotiate the mortgage on our house which was in foreclosure.  This company offered a 75% money back guarantee--stated in written contract--if they could not get the job done.  The contract promises 75% back as long as the inability is not due to negligence of the client.  We were considered negligent because we failed to LIE to the lenders--because we were HONEST AND TRUTHFUL they decided that we were negligent and not due a return of our money.  I find this unfair and unjust.  We did nothing wrong--
I thought I did my research on this place before handing them over our money.  There were no complaints listed and they bragged about their B+ rating with the BBB.  I am going to make sure this does not happen to anyone else who does a search on these people. They do not honor their contracts.  Period.

All we want is the promised 75% back of our money.  That's it.  So BUYER BEWARE.

I am Alejandro Correa and I am the General Manager at Loss Mitigation Professionals, LLC. We do honor our money back guarantee as long as their is no negligence on the part of the client (stated in our contract).

We never ask anyone to LIE about their current situation since the lenders and banks will find out the facts regardless of what we try to tell them. We are required by Federal Law to provide them with updated supporting documents for every client and the banks will do their due diligence as well to find out if we, or the client, are misrepresenting the truth.

In this case we were under the assumption that the property being modified was the primary residence so this is how we submitted our case to the Lender. The lender made several attempts to contact the client and when they finally did they spoke to a friend of the client. The friend explained that the client lived with them and did not live in the property in question for some time.

The lender contacted us and advised us of the situation and told us they were denying the modification because the property was not the primary residence. This is how we found out that the property we were trying to modify was not the primary residence. In this case we did not refund any money because client was negligent and did not advise us that the property was not the primary residence.

We do brag about our B+ rating with the BBB, which by the way is now an A-, because we make every effort to provide the best service and support for our clients and address any concerns they may have. We will never ask clients to "Lie" and we will not hesitate to refund any money if we are unsuccessful in obtaining the best solution for our clients.
