i replied to the advertisement for LOSS PREVENTION OF NEW YORK (LPNY)for the employment opportunity at $15.00 per hour and filled out the employment application. i agreed to charge me $149.00 on the credit card and $10.00 cash for the program. i attended the course and qualified for the job.

i passed the test conducted by LPNY. the LPNY refused to help me with the employment after i passed the test. the payment was made through amercan express credit card. the complaint to the charge card company were not answered satisfactorily.
