My father who is retired and 78 years old received a letter stating he had won $4million in a lottery in Spain.  All he had to do was call the English Department of Citi Securities & Finance Company, Dr. Johnson Fish at 011 34 963 489 and plan on appearing in Spain in person no later than May 12, 2011 to collect his $4million which would be paid out to him in as part of a total cash prize of $45,756,820.00 that he was sharing with others.  It is signed by a Mrs. Lucia Manuael, Director.  Since I am a lawyer, he brought it to me, convinced he had won since they aren't asking him for money in the letter.  After researching, this company has been reported before; when you call you are put on hold and accrue hefty phone bills which they receive part of.  They should be stopped from preying on elderly people who come from a generation where they actually believe people and it's hard to understand a world where people like this actually exist.
