Loteria Primitiva International Lotto Commission Mr. Antonio Martinez-claims agent- sent letter to me stating i had won 615,810.00 in the Spain lotto, only i never purchased a lotto form spain. i did not reply to this letter but would like to see the arrested for this scam. I received a letter form a Antonio Martinez stating i had won 615,810.00. Imagin that!! well, moma always said if it looks to good to be true it most likely is and this is, I guess. I never pourchased a lotto ticket from Spain and could not see how I had won. So i went on the internet to look up this so called company and all I can find is this whole thing is a fraude. I hope he is arrested and locked up for this scam..If you need me to fax this letter or prize claim form to you please let me know.
