Complaint Review: Loteria Primitiva

The Loteria Primitiva ( Elgordo ) Award Board send me a letter saying that I won 425000.39 Euro. My name is on the letter - the stamp on the envelope is a real one - all in all it looks very good indeed . All they wanted me to do is either ring them ( haha ) or fax them - so as to give them the details of my Bank account - i.e.: sorting code and account nuber . I went to my Bank and they said that no one could do anything naughty with just that info - mmmhhhh . At any rate - the phone - number is a cellphone ( and always busy ) and the fax does not have the right protocol to work - so the faxes never get send. - It is a scam ok - but : how do they make any money out of it ????? -
