Complaint Review: Loteria Primitiva

We too received one of these infamous -- apparently ubiquitous -- announcements of a $615,810 USD winning in ElGordo. Same numbers etc that everyone else is mentioning. Skepticism prompted a websearch before going to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office, and now we can save ourself that trip ... and a lot of wasted time and undue apprehension (and fantasies of spending/investing this nonexistent winnings!) :( Alas, Loteria Primitiva is not for the lucky but the gullible and foolhardy.
