Complaint Review: Loteria Primitiva-santa Lucia Security Company

i also got the letter from loteria primitiva last month saying that i got $615810.00. i was asked me to pay $1450 for release documents. then secondly, i was told that they stopped transferring since i did not pay for tax. so i paid 3% of $615810.00. also i paid $8999.80 for transfer fee. lastly, today, they asked me to pay $58000 for another documents from london.

since the prize is in swiss bank and i have to provide this proze is not drug and terrorist money. then prize will be relased. i can not believe i won the prize but i believed that and i paid for what they asked me before today. i do not know how to get my money back. i want to report this fraud but i do not know how to do so. please help me.
