Loteria Primitiva Trying to deceive me into giving my banking details Madrid Spain
Having heard of these type of frauds I was immediately on my guard. The paper used is of inferior quality. The images are obviously copied and inserted into the letter head. The postal stamp says Malaga, yet the letter head is Madrid, plus they used a stamp rather than a frank. Why would a Spanish lottery issue a prize in US dollars.
The request for secrecy is suspicious. I know of no organization or country that gives away millions without a purchase of any kind. This letter is flawed from start to finish.
