Lotos Technology Sent payment but did not receive product nor refund I was promised Sunnyvale California
My nightmare with LOTOS Technology started back on Sep 21,2012 when I was lured by LOTOS to send in a paypal payment for 100 count of 19 x 24 polymailers. They said as soon as payment is made, product will be sent right away in the mail.
I waited and waited but nothing in the mail for weeks. Since Sep 2012 I have been writing them dozens and dozens of emails inquiring about the product. What I get is ongoing series of runarounds after runarounds. They finally figured out product was NEVER SENT to me, then went onwards with their bogus stories about a full refund I am entitled to and what not.
Fact of the matter is, it is now May 2013 and still no refund! How many years does it exactly take for these people to process a refund for something they do not have? I inquired about the full refund I am suppose to get, but no response for months! I can't believe this.
