Worst experience ever.
Not only did this 'broker' take 4 days to return my calls and emails, it was a total RIP. OFF. She charged me 10,000 for a 4 hour cruise. When I spoke to the captain of the boat, he was only paid 5,500.
She is unprofessional and pretty much a moron. The yacht crew was rude, and un helpful. When I asked for a refund, she made up lies and excuses. On top of that, she charged me an additional 20% charge 2 weeks later, which i disputed with my credit card company.
BEWARE.

If you paid that much for a 4 hour cruise, then there is definately something amiss....with you. If the captain was paid $5,500....then he should be thrilled. My husband is a licsened captain. He charges $85 per hour. Granted, that is not including the cost of the yacht or for any other crew, that is only his fee. Can the poster add any other info as to what the fee was to include. That would tell the rest of the story.
