First their client backs over us while we are exiting a supermarket parking lot and slams my daughters head into a window . We have a 99 GMC Sonoma 4 cyl garage kept since bought on lot w 66,000 miles on it smells and looks new inside still. She was in a used but new to her Yukon. She would not answer her phone nor return calls to them so at first they delayed because of that. Then not the man who was talking to me about the truck but a lady about my daughters whiplash and slight concussion because she lifted our vehicle off the ground and just kept coming back the damage was from passenger side mirror / door to the end of the bed of the truck on passenger side . We were picked up causing daughters head to sling to the left then slam back into the glass of her window when she cut the wheels and gave it more gas to I guess counter the resistance she felt when she hit us. Almost pushed me into the other side of parked cars and hit the car behind me. Did not look just backed out.
They sent a check for $550 for daughters head injury dr visit and meds, the bank froze my savings and checking acct and said the check was no good and for over a week I had to deal with that and them not doing anything but saying it's good oh well. Now they've sent a check to my mother for 2473.00 totaling the truck out because of its age made payable to my dads estate and there is no estate, bank won't allow it to.be deposited as written. They know refuse to answer phones or call back she did leave a nasty message for my 82 yr old mom who recently had a heart attack and is on chemo that she wd have to get poa which um ya can't do on someone's that dead since 2009.
Was very rude and non sympathetic and we have been told that for 1500$ the truck cd be fixed the NADA value on it is 4795$ we keep title w 2473$ if they take truck fix and sale it which ain't happening they will give her 3245$ but since no banks will take checks written out that way and no one will answer or call back and we are 41/2 hours north of Baton Rouge in west Monroe I can't just go down there and I have no email address no way to get a supervisor and no help from the two who handled it till it got to this Tonya woman who could care less about us and we did not cause this accident didn't want anything but the truck fixed which they said from day one they were totaling I'm so mad I can't reach anyone
