Complaint Review: Lotto Line Brian James William Ellis LB Corporation Of America

Received a letter postmarked from Canada with no return address indicating I had won $75000 from Publishers Clearing House the USA MEGA MILLIONS year end SUPERDRAWS "THE BIG GAME" with a number to call Customer Service Brian James to begin the claim process. Enclosed was a $4900 check for legal & admin fees. Signature did not resemble William Ellis, 30003 zip code is in Georgia, and unable to find LB Corporation of America. The check looks legitimate with the watermarks but it's only the bottom portion and there's no printed name in the signature section to indicate who signed it. It looked too good to be true.
