2011 NEW YEARS EVE @ LOTUS CLUBS: VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
We payed $65 per tickets to have access to 3 clubs. In the first club, Suite 200: we could not check our coats in. So, were we supposed to hold our coat in our hands with drinks at midnight?!!! The coat check girl had a very rude attitude!!!! Why did they sell so many tickets if they couldn't accommodate their guests' needs? I asked for a manager to talk to who has never showed up - of course. No comment. I understand that the business will go on, but don't they care about the level of their service and customer reviews? I guess they don't. Actually, Suite 200 is a very small place. I was very disappointed. New Years Eve is supposed to be an enjoyable and memorable event! This was a nightmare! I will never attend any of those clubs again! I emailed corporate office, but only the manager from Suite 200 called me and offered me a bottle of champagne. I think that's just a joke. You ruined my New Years Eve and ripped us off with money! A bottle of champagne will not bring New Years Eve back and fix my evening! That's just a joke! Tavern was full. Was I supposed to wait outside in -20C freezing weather? Kidding? We had paid tickets to have access to that club too! Deg 5: too many people - too many tickets were sold. Fire hazard issues, but nobody really seem to care about that fact! Total rip off! We couldn't even move!!! Never again!!!!
