Complaint Review: Lotus of Siam Restaurant

Bait and Switch - Large Parties Stay AWAY!!!!  I have a signed agreement with this restaurant for a large party next week.  They just arbitrarily to charge me 25% more because they said Covid is over.  When I told them I didn't agree, they told me then we will cancel your reservation.  I thought these mob tactics were dead in Vegas.  

Stay away from this place for large parties.  They told me that I could buy T shirts with the extra amount they wanted me to spend.  what a joke.  This place is poorly run and will be a different restaurant in a years time like it was before they got there.  Stay away from Courtney in reservations as well.  She will talk over you and scream at you if you disagree with her.  Not the service and greed I expected from a James Beard award winner.
