Lou Santella is a thief and an incompetent scam artist. He has a "business" of Santella Carting which is no business at all. It's not registered just like all of his other "businesses". His other so called "business" is Santella and Son, which claims that he does masonry. He couldn't count two brick if they hit him on his head- he has no knowledge of mansonry, no staff, no intelligence of anything but taking people's money and continues to lie. He has caused many many people thousands and thousands of dollars because he does not know what he is doing. Stay away from Lou Santella and any of his "businesses" because he will just take your money and leave you to clean up the mess.
He can't even do something simple as landscape work- just wait you will find broken glass & garbage in your front yard because he can't even get topsoil dirt because he's so incompetent. He uses sand instead of concrete because he is out to cheat anyone that he comes into contact with.
