Complaint Review: Loupeestuff Classic Car Parts

I will never use these people again,  they are now threatening mefor teling the truth about there crap.

I have only one customer by the name of Jeff R. And I have email proof that his part was delivered in July of 2018.  I don't know if this is a friend of the person who filed this report or not, but it is FAKE!

This person purchased the wrong part on eBay.  A pair of Cadillac Fender Skirts. Because there are numerous models and each requires a different size, it was clearly stated in my listing: "check to make sure it fits your application before buying. NO returns"  He did not compare the measurements with his model to make sure it fit, nor did he contact me prior to purchase. 

When he received the part, he took it apart and welded it back together leaving out a crucial piece. Then, he wrote saying it didn't fit and wanted to return it. At that point, he said the box was damaged in shipping. (After he took it apart and welded it back together)  Something he never mentioned until he found out they didn't fit. I was clear that he should have checked the size before purchasing it and that although I normally do not take returns, I would make an exception in his case. 

I asked if he wanted a refund or replacement. He chose a replacement. I explained that the model he needed was a much rarer part than what he bought and that I only had one replacement and that it was in "Bad condition, needed a lot of work, etc." I sent him 10 (ten) pictures showing the damage. He agreed to the exchange. I also explained that the model he needed was much rarer and much more valuable than the original parts. And I STILL gave him the replacements at no extra charge.

I paid an extra $50 out of my pocket to ship him the replacement. When I received my original part back it was not in the same condition as he received it. He had taken it apart, removed the hardware and welded it back together without replacing the hardware! So it is now useless (worthless) to me. I cannot resell it for the same price. 

After receiving the replacement part, he decided he didn't want to deal with the damage and said he wanted to return that part as well. Also, throughout this entire process, he threatened me at every turn. Feedback extortion, bad reviews on the internet, demanding and harassing emails, etc. 

I try my best to make my customers happy even when it is not my fault. I have over 20,000 feedbacks on eBay and a 100% approval rating. I certainly am not "defrauding people on eBay" as he says.

This buyer has been contentious at every turn. He's lied to eBay, he's lying here.

I am NOT being "investigated for fraud" that it an outright lie.  In fact, eBay ruled in my favor over this whole situation. I have documentation to prove that.
