LOVE,BEAL & NIXON.

this law firm sucks, lastyear this law firm had a  garnishment  and taking money every pay day! after a few weeks LOVE,BEAL & NIXON stopped the  garnishment and set the debt was paid in full and with in 4 days i got a check saying they took to much so i got a refund for the Difference.today in the mail i got another letter  from  them stating they want to file for another garnishment on the same debt that LOVE BEAL & NIXON was paid in full.how can they do this legally? the last garnishment was over 6 months ago,and the filing was early last year. in june of 2011 they stopped the garnishment told me the debt was paid in full. now they are coming at me saying i owe another 1000$. i plan on fighting this one, i have the Original paper work when they discharged the old garnishment.

this law firm is BS i can not believe this any help.
