We asked to make a payment arrangement instead of going to court and they wouldn't. Then I had surgery on the other court date and asked if they would reschedule and they said they would but they didn't. They lied so they could get a judgment. They also promised they wouldn't do a garnishment but they did. I am so afraid that I am going to lose my income completely because of them. I don't even know how they suddenly became the ones who got this loan. My original loan was with chase bank. Not nct. This is all crazy. It was 15 years ago.

Why didn't you pay Chase directly over the past 15 years? That's the craziest part about your post. Chase should be here filing a rip-off report about you.
