Complaint Review: Love Beal & Nixon

I recently worked out a payment plan with these people after receiving a summon from the court. I was told by LBN that they would stop lawsuit once they received the financial questionnaire form they accepted the offer in fact i been sending these payments and saving my receipts.today i looked up my case at the OSCN website and found out there is a default judgment on the case. i am very disappointed and i need some advice in what to do next. Please help!
