this law firm is breaking the law. they had a garnishment aginst me a while back taking money from my check once a week. this law firm stopped the garnishment almost a year ago!! 4/20/12 they reopen the garnishment and took 114$ from my check on 4/27/12. i never got a Notice from  Love,Beal & Nixon or my employer or the courts. i called the court house today asking about this garnishment they told me their records showed a Zero Balance for that case number. i asked  the human resources lady at my job who contacted her about this garnishment? she told me the lawyer office called her and told her to start taking money again and reopen it, how can they do this with out a NEW  valid Court order?  they said it was for 1400$. but the court house shows a zero balance on the case they are garnishing again..  how can they do this with out a court order or legal paper  work. i was not Served Court Papers saying they are reopening  this case.  Love, Beal & Nixon has the right to call an employer to say hey reopen this garnishment? they Legally  closed it almost a year ago. i got the  paper in the mail saying it was closed  with the case number on it.

now i am losing 114 a week for something that was closed and the court shows a zero balnace on that case number.

 Love, Beal & Nixon, P.C. is CRAP and breaking the law. and they take advantage of the ppl who can't afford a Attorney to help them...
