NO LOVE FROM LOVES
my family and I stopped to get gas on our way to Michigan for funeral the parking lot was a sheet of ice my wife and 3 year old grandson fell so we went in to get them cleaned up and report the condition of the parking lot. what we got was a cashier that told my wife that they have cameras and they would know if she really fell mind you my wife and grandson are stand there covered in nasty gas smelling black gunk it took 15 min for the cashier to say she would do anything I asked to see a manager 20 min later he showed told us that most people take precaution walking in the winter and my favorite we can not be expected to get every piece of ice of course the whole lot was frozen over finally an hour later we get an accident report and still nobody is salting the lot. the manager tells us someone will call us the following day we got a call 4 days later from Christina she was really nice as she told us that they owed us nothing but she would give us a little something if we signed there release the amount was less than the cost of dry cleaning there clothes I will never go to a loves travel stop again and I am asking all my friends and loved ones to do the same
