Complaint Review: Lovin Blooms Florist

This will be the last time I order flowers over the Internet!

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday (March 23), which happened to be her 40th. I wanted to get an "Over The Hill" bouquet. One was available. The price was $79.99 and when it arrived it was nothing like what pictured and it couldn't have been worth more than $10!

I called Lovin Blooms to complain. They said the florist they send the order did not "have permission" to change the order and they would have the flowers resent if I would like. I told them no, her birthday was past and I wanted credit instead of a resend. The florist retrieved the flowers from my sister. Then without autorization, they had another florist send flowers which were better looking and they died in 2 days.

Again I called. I wanted to talk with Trace. A message was left and no return phone call was received...even after numerous calls.

Today I contacted these people again since I was told that I would have received a refund at some point, but I was told no refunds are ever credited. These people really know how to run a business and deal in customer service!! Meanwhile, no flowers and no credit!! Beware and I would suggest not using these people. WalMart has MUCH better flowers!!!!
