LOVING BLOOMS FLORIST RIPOFF MACON Georgia
I recently placed and order online with Ftd/Florist Connection. I spent over $80 on 1dozen roses and Happy Birthday Mylar Balloons, the next day I was truly disappointed when I saw the roses they were wilted and looked as if they were picked right from a dumpster, and the balloons were of clowns not Happy Birthday like I specified. The very next day I contacted Florist Connection and advised them that I was not pleased they offered to pick up the roses and replace them, I advised them that it was delivered to a business and that the person had taken them home so I was not going to have the person bring them back to the business, and I advised them that I would no longer do business with them.
About 30min later I received a very disturbing call from the florist that they had used Loving Blooms she was very rude using foul language telling me that she will not be replacing my roses, then she hung up. I called the number that came up on my caller ID (478) 781-9859 not wanting to believe that I was utterly disrespected in that way by a person that I just gave $80 from some dead roses, when I called the number she answered the phone I asked if she had just called me she stated " yes I did and what? " when I told her that I was displeased with the flowers her shop delivered she stated that they were not wilted when delivered and I was lyng she then hung up. I am making a report so that innocent people dont be fooled by the florist again.

This company has a long legacy of dissatisfied consumers and has earned a negative rating from the Better Business Bureau. Google for 'Lovin Blooms complaint' and you will find reports and newspaper articles written about them.
One problem for consumers is that companies like this operate under numerous URLs, closing down one when it gets too much negative news (aflorist.net in this case) and opening others - all with the permission of their wire services, FTD and Teleflora.
Next time, find a local florist in the area you need your delivery made. Save the service fees and go directly to the source.
Good Luck.

I think you should contact Ftd/Florist Connection and let them know of the treatment you received. They probly have a contract with this company and they may want to rethink it if the local shop treats people in this manner. It looks bad on them.
