July 5,2015 I placed an internet order with Loving the Classics. My credit card was billed immemiately forl the entire amount of my DVD order. As of today May 21, 2016 I have only received half of my order. I have contacted Brenda with Loving the Classics; she told me the rest of my order would be shipped out within a 2 week period. This was last March she told me this. I still have not received my order. I have sent many email messages to Brenda; she has not responded. I have now filed complaints against Loving the Classics with: The Internet Criminal Complaint Bureau, The Attorney General's Office of Ohio and the Better Business Bureau of Ohio.I was told by the BBB of Ohio that Loving the Classics has an F rating with their agency. There have been many complaints filed against Loving the Classics with the BBB of Ohio; most of which have never been settled. I am hoping that the Internet Criminal Complaint Bureau and the Attorney General's Office of Ohio will be able to force Loving the Classics to refund my $105.30 to me; which is the amount of the DVD's that were never sent to me but my credit card was billed.
